Natural Lifestyle Consultant and Salesperson

Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Sales:
Act as a natural lifestyle consultant, assisting customers with product selection and providing accurate information about natural lifestyle products.
Be proactive in engaging with customers, answering their questions, and guiding them toward products that suit their needs.
Take special orders both in-store and over the phone, ensuring timely follow-up and fulfillment.
Assist customers at the cash register area during peak times or when needed, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
Receive vendor shipments and manage inventory, even when the Lead is not on shift, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Work closely with vendors and other supplement vendors to maintain positive relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
Opening and Closing Duties:
Execute all opening and closing duties according to schedule, ensuring that the store is ready for business and properly secured at the end of the day.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a natural food retail setting is essential, with a strong understanding of natural lifestyle products and customer preferences.
Certifications in Herbalism or other natural healing modalities are a bonus, demonstrating a deeper knowledge of natural remedies and supplements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
