Practitioner Directory Community Guidelines

Last updated 3/12/2024

The Trinity Connect Practitioner Directory is intended for Trinity School of Natural Health student and graduate listings and is publicly viewable through online search or direct URL. The purpose of the Trinity Connect Practitioner Directory is to provide students and graduates with the opportunity to list their businesses and/or services to the public to discover potential new clients and/or business contacts. The Practitioner Directory also provides the public with the opportunity to determine if the member’s listing provides services of interest, is in a desired location(s), offers remote or virtual services, and is reputable and legitimate through the use of public reviews. These reviews aren’t regulated by The Whitman Group or its Sites, nor do they reflect the opinion of The Whitman Group’s Sites.

TO MEMBERS: Trinity Connect provides an optional Practitioner Directory for Premium Members that includes the member’s name and information. In addition, members may choose to provide additional details for the directory, such as contact or practice information. The Trinity Connect Directory is public and discoverable online by search engines and direct search. Once a directory listing is submitted, we are not responsible for how this information is used or any communications you may receive as a result of submitting your information. This directory is only intended for Premium Trinity Connect Members to promote their business and services and connect with potential clients and business-related contacts.

Disclaimer of Liability:

This Directory does not constitute an endorsement of the practitioner or their services. Trinity School of Natural Health does not review individual websites for accuracy and makes no claims for the practitioners’ offerings. Designations earned from Trinity School of Natural Health are holistic, non-medical training, but practitioner listings may include outside credentials, which we do not confirm. Trinity Connect, Trinity School of Natural Health, and The Whitman Group shall not be liable for any loss or damages associated with the use of the Practitioner Directory, including interactions and services provided by members.

Practitioner Directory Community Guidelines:

  1. Hate speech, bullying, harassing, stalking, and any illegal activity will not be tolerated and is subject to applicable laws.
  2. Practitioner listings should contain accurate information and be updated as needed. Members listed in the Practitioner Directory should remain within their scope of practice and not offer services or goods that fall outside of their scope of practice. Trinity Connect and Trinity School of Natural Health cannot regulate the scope of practice for outside credentials in any way.
  3. Reviews provided by public users must be accurate and presented in a manner that is respectful to our website and users. Profanity, name-calling, and verbal abuse will result in the deletion of the review, regardless of its legitimacy.
  4. If you are dissatisfied with a member’s services or goods, we recommend contacting the member directly and/or the business(es) they are employed by to find a solution. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CONFLICTS RESULTING FROM THE SERVICES AND GOODS OFFERED BY MEMBERS OF THE PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY. Normal channels of resolution should be sought out based on your discretion and applicable law. However, you may bring the issue to our attention if you want the listing removed or internally reviewed based on legitimate concerns.
  5. Spam and advertising are NOT allowed in practitioner listings or reviews. Spamming, phishing, and other misleading information will be deleted from the Practitioner Directory.
  6. Practitioner listings promoted or shared on social media are regulated by the social media platform. Information from this Practitioner Directory may also be shared to other online websites. We are not responsible for monitoring or moderating this content. We recommend that you report the post, advertisement, or promotion to the website or social media platform, or the authorities if you find reason to do so.
  7. Fake or misleading Practitioner Directory listings or reviews are not allowed. If a fake or misleading listing or review(s) is suspected or complaints are received, we reserve the right to an internal review and deletion if necessary.

We retain the right to delete any listings or reviews based on our subjective evaluation. Deletion could result from known inaccurate information, complaints, or misuse of the Practitioner Directory.

Job Board Community Guidelines

Last updated 3/12/2024

The Job Board is intended to connect Trinity School of Natural Health’s students and graduates with employment or internship opportunities from fellow Trinity students, graduates, or outside companies. The Job Board can only be viewed within the Trinity Connect platform.

Trinity Connect provides this optional Job Board for member-only applicants. Job listings include the posting member’s or employer’s name and/or employer’s contact information. Some fields in a job listing are required, but members/employers may choose to provide additional information for the job listing, such as position details or their social media profiles. A job listing on the Job Board does not constitute an endorsement of the employer/employee/intern. Trinity School of Natural Health does not extensively screen applicants, applications, or employers. We confirm that all potential applicants are Trinity School of Natural Health students and graduates based on the information provided. While the Job Board is exclusively available on Trinity Connect, where members are Trinity School of Natural Health graduates and students, some job listings may come from external sources. Designations earned from Trinity School of Natural Health are holistic, non-medical training, but member applications or employer listings may include outside credentials, which we do not confirm.

Disclaimer of Liability:

We do not own or manage the listings on the Job Board unless the job listing is explicitly posted by Trinity School of Natural Health. We approve each job listing after verifying that the provided website and contact information are subjectively accurate after a brief internal review. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, spam, losses, costs, or damages that result from using the Job Board feature. Once a job listing is submitted and approved, we are not responsible for how this information is used or any communications you may receive as a result of submitting your information or applying to the position or interactions with the employer/member. We do not ensure job security, income, or that terms of employment/internship will be followed by the posting member/employer. Issues arising from job listings posted on the Job Board or after employment/securing an internship are not our responsibility. By using the Job Board as an employer or a potential employee/intern, you agree to our Job Board Community Guidelines and follow all laws in the applicable jurisdiction. If you do not agree, then you must cease using the Job Board on connect.trinityschool.org

Job Board Community Guidelines:

  1. Follow all applicable laws in the correct jurisdiction, including employment laws. Consult an attorney if you have questions about employment laws or laws within a jurisdiction that relate to employment or other legal considerations.
  2. Hate speech, bullying, harassing, stalking, and any illegal activity will not be tolerated and is subject to applicable laws.
  3. Job listings and applications should contain accurate information and be updated as needed. Trinity Connect and Trinity School of Natural Health cannot regulate the scope of practice in any way for outside credentials.
  4. Job listings provided by users must be accurate and presented in a professional manner that is respectful to our website and users. Profanity or any other type of abuse will result in the deletion of the Job listing despite its legitimacy.
  5. During or after applying for a job listing, if you are dissatisfied with the employer’s/member’s services, goods, employment/internship, job listing, application, business-related materials, or conduct, we recommend that you contact the member directly and/or the business(es) they are employed by to find a solution. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CONFLICTS RESULTING FROM JOB LISTINGS. Normal channels of resolution should be sought out based on your discretion and applicable law. However, you may bring the issue to our attention if you want the job listing removed or internally reviewed based on legitimate concerns.
  6. Spam and advertising are NOT allowed in job listings or applications. Spamming, phishing, and other misleading information will be deleted from the Job Board. The Job Board is not intended for recruiting or multi-level marketing. Do not include links to sales sites with the sole intention of selling products or services. Recruiting for other groups or sites is also not allowed.
  7. Job listings promoted or shared on social media are regulated by the social media platform. We are not responsible for monitoring or moderating this content. We recommend that you report the post, advertisement, or promotion to the website or social media platform, or the authorities if you find reason to do so.
  8. Fake or misleading job listings are not allowed. If a fake or misleading job listing is suspected or complaints are received, we reserve the right to an internal review and deletion if necessary.
