Target Audience:
I primarily support women, especially working professionals and mothers, who are experiencing chronic stress, burnout, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, healing from long-standing health concerns, or seeking a more holistic and sustainable approach to wellbeing.
