My own health restoration journey began after I and my family began having noticeable health issues with no answers from the best doctors in my area even though all the lab results came back normal.

It was classical naturopathy where I found not only the root causes, but I found answers and resolutions here.

My health journey continues as we are affected by the world around us. Here's part of my story:

My grandparents had an organic garden and I also lived on a small organic family farm during my childhood. Processed foods were introduced during my teen years. This appealed to my mom and me because it meant less time in the kitchen, making every meal from scratch! I began experiencing many health issues, and the only options offered were pharmaceuticals and/or surgery. At first, this seemed great, but after I became a mama, both of these options were NOT options for me. I didn't have someone to take care of my children for 6-8 weeks after surgery, I didn't want my mind altered by the pain relievers that were prescribed, and the antibiotics were wrecking my gut! My young children also began to experience health, attention, mood, and behavioral issues. I switched to seeing a chiropractor who began the change for me. He connected the dots with food and physical health. Everything snowballed into thousands of hours of research. I began reading labels and researching the ingredients. I discovered how some of the ingredients alter our health, attention, mood, behavior, and thinking! I eventually ended up going back to college to become a holistic health practitioner to help myself and my family on a much deeper level with a completely whole-food, whole body, mind, and spirit-based mindset. Even during PMS struggles, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome diagnoses, peri menopause, menopause, and post menopause, gut dysfunction, lyme symptoms, and other daily life struggles, I chose to go the whole-foods, whole-person based route.
